Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 191 (“District” or “HCMUD#191) is a “special purpose district” subject to Section 2051.202 of the Texas Government Code. (8) Tax Rate The District imposes an ad valorem tax at the rate of $0.215 per $100 of taxable value (TY 2025 tax rate).
(9) Sales Tax Rate N/A (The District does not impose a sales and use tax. The City of Houston imposes a sales and use tax in parts of the District, under a Strategic Partnership Agreement with the District.)
