Meeting Location and Schedule

Regular meetings of the Board of Directors of Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 191 are usually held at the Champions MPC Clubhouse, 13719 Champions Centre Drive, Houston, Texas 77069 (a location within the District) on the fourth Wednesday of the month starting at 6:30 PM, but sometimes the meeting place is changed and sometimes meetings are rescheduled (or special meetings are called).
