Contract Information

HCMUD 191 has contracted with Harris County to provide patrols and other law enforcement services for the district by Precinct 4 Constable deputies. In addition to the contract with the County, the Strategic Partnership Agreement (SPA) with the City of Houston provides for law enforcement for some commercial areas near FM 1960 by the Houston Police Department.
